Controllership and strategic planning as a management tool to maximize results in Micro-enterprises and Small-sized Companies

Abstract

This article aims to demonstrate how controllership and strategic planning can be used as management tools and can help to maximize the results of micro and small businesses, and exposes how such instruments are able to contribute to management, and in the improvement of their results and that are not only aimed at large companies. In this context, the present study proposes to show how these tools are important within smaller companies, helping in the management and maximization of their results, through information that will be passed on to their managers, thus helping in decision making. For the development of this work, the fundamentals of bibliographic research were used, in which concepts and ideas taken from websites, magazines, books and separate articles were gathered, expanding the knowledge of how these tools can help companies. From the analyzes made and the knowledge articulated in the form of dialogue between the various authors, it was observed that, with its uses, a company will always be prepared, as it will be able to quickly identify failures, and identify the best decision to take, thus bringing the best result. It was found that controllership and strategic planning, working together, are able to capture information, translate it to be used in favor of the company, helping to solve failures, avoid losses, improve performance, perceive new opportunities, with this the company will be able to improve your operating results.
