innovations brought by Law nº 11.441/2007 and the knowledge of the population of the city of Matrinchã-GO about its possibilities

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to analyze Law No. 11,441/2007, which made it possible for the dissolution of marriage by administrative (extrajudicial) means, specifically through the Notary Notary. Participate in the analysis of the legislative evolution on the possibility of marital dissolution in the legal system until the supervision of the Extrajudicial Divorce Law, explaining the legal procedure necessary for its implementation. To do so, use the qualitative approach, from the literature review in books, articles, theses, legislation and relevant case law. Moreover, through a quantitative and descriptive approach, analysis of data collected in field research conducted in the municipality of Matrinchã-Goiás, an end of proof or lack of knowledge of the population about the opportunities brought by Law nº. 11.441 / 2007, as well as about the Extrajudicial procedure for divorce, which concludes that there are few who have discernment on the subject, which makes public policies of publicity of the instrument or debated, which can perform as "challenging" of the judiciary.
