Abstract

This article seeks to express the sport generated in a clear and easy-to-understand way so that organizations can use Corporate Social Responsibility together with Internal Audit in the labor sphere, aimed at managing their employees. The problems encountered by the working class are addressed and the main points that must be detailed by the company, to provide a qualified and competent work environment, this ranges from the moment of admission to possible dismissal, if it occurs. The main objective is to present the importance of these tools and where they are applied, having a theoretical basis in several works, in addition to laws, up to publication data, in force in Brazil.
