O Papel do Direito Econômico Diante da Crise do Covid-19

Abstract

In this brief presentation, it will be discussed how the political-economic crisis has come together, in addition to presenting the importance of economic law in the midst of this pandemic, and its globais impact. The role of the economy is debated in the face of the Covid-19 crisis. The recent crisis caused by the Covid-19 pandemic has been demanding a great effort of state coordination, in addition to reactivating some series of legal issues, this crisis has been creating a laboratory for legal tools, reinvigorating traditional instruments and opening space for innovations.
